1. はじめに

Held Line（以下「当社」）は、HeldLineシリーズアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくユーザーのプライバシーを保護することに最大限取り組んでいます。

2. 収集するデータ

端末内にのみ保存されるデータ（外部送信なし）:

• FirstFeeling記録（感情の種類、強度、自由入力テキスト、タイムスタンプ）
• 分析履歴と結果
• パターン検出結果
• クレジット残高・利用履歴

これらのデータはすべてApple Core Dataフレームワークを使用し、端末内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

AI分析のために一時的に送信されるデータ:

• ユーザーが分析を依頼したテキストの内容

AI分析機能を使用する際、入力されたテキストはAnthropic社のClaude APIに送信されます。送信前に、個人を特定できる情報（氏名、住所、具体的な日付等）はアプリ側で除去します。Anthropic社のAPIはリクエストデータを学習に使用しません。

4. 課金情報

サブスクリプションおよびクレジットの購入はAppleのApp内課金（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。決済情報は当社に送信されず、Apple社が管理します。

5. 第三者への提供

当社はユーザーのデータを第三者に販売、貸与、または共有しません。

6. データの保管と削除

すべてのデータは端末内に保存されるため、アプリを削除することでデータも完全に削除されます。アプリ内の設定画面からも個別または全データの削除が可能です。

7. 広告

本アプリには広告は表示されません。広告ネットワークやトラッキングSDKは一切使用していません。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはこのページで告知します。

Held Line ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of HeldLine series apps (the "Apps").

2. Data We Handle

Data stored only on your device (never transmitted externally):

• FirstFeeling records (emotion type, intensity, free-text input, timestamps)
• Analysis history and results
• Pattern detection results
• Credit balance and usage history

All data is stored locally using Apple's Core Data framework and is never sent to our servers.

Data temporarily transmitted for AI analysis:

• Text content that you submit for analysis

When you use the AI analysis feature, your input text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Personally identifiable information is removed before transmission. Anthropic's API does not use request data for training.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• Location data
• Contacts
• Photos or camera access
• Health data
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or tracking

4. Payment Information

Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). Payment details are never sent to us and are managed entirely by Apple.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device, deleting the app removes all data. You can also delete data from the app's Settings screen.

7. Advertising

HeldLine apps do not display advertisements. No advertising networks or ad tracking SDKs are used.

8. Children's Privacy

HeldLine apps are not intended for children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
