1. 利用規約への同意

HeldLineシリーズアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用をお控えください。

2. サービスの概要

本アプリは、対人関係におけるコミュニケーションパターンのAI分析および境界線設定のサポートを提供します。本アプリは、専門的なカウンセリング、セラピー、法的助言の代替ではありません。

3. サブスクリプションとApp内課金

本アプリは自動更新サブスクリプションおよび消耗型クレジットの購入を提供しています。

• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動的に更新されます。
• 購入確定時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます。
• サブスクリプションの管理・キャンセルは、端末の「設定」>「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
• 無料トライアル期間中にサブスクリプションを購入した場合、未使用のトライアル期間は失効します。
• 消耗型クレジットに有効期限はありませんが、返金はできません。

4. ユーザーコンテンツ

本アプリに入力されたテキストおよびデータの所有権はユーザーに帰属します。データは端末内にのみ保存されます。AI分析のために送信されるテキストは、個人を特定できる情報を除去した上でAnthropic社のClaude APIで処理されます。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは情報提供のみを目的としています。分析結果は確定的な評価ではありません。本アプリは医学的、心理学的、または法的な診断を提供するものではありません。身の危険を感じる場合は、お住まいの地域の緊急通報サービスにご連絡ください。

6. 責任の制限

法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、Held Lineは本アプリの使用に起因する間接的、付随的、または結果的な損害について責任を負いません。

7. 規約の変更

本利用規約は必要に応じて更新されることがあります。変更後も本アプリの使用を継続した場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

8. 準拠法

本利用規約は日本法に準拠します。

By downloading, installing, or using any HeldLine series app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides AI-assisted analysis of interpersonal communication patterns and boundary-setting support. The App is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or legal advice.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable credit purchases.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Consumable credits do not expire but are non-refundable.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all text and data you input into the App. Your data is stored locally on your device. Text submitted for AI analysis is processed by Anthropic's Claude API with personally identifiable information removed beforehand.

5. Disclaimer

The App provides informational support only. Analysis results are not definitive assessments. The App does not provide medical, psychological, or legal diagnoses. If you are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Held Line shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
